Also known as Curry Fish Head, it is another prized recipe of ours. It is poles apart from the curry fish head you have tasted elsewhere. It is spicy and sour at the same time and is sure to boost your appetite. It is served together with Lady’s Fingers and Tomatoes. Fish usually used is Red Snapper.
