Golden Cereal Prawns

Cereal prawn, which is a Singapore dish, has always been the long-time favorites in our restaurant. This dish is available in almost all ‘Zi Cha’ stalls or restaurants in Singapore but our style of cooking for this dish is slightly different from others. The golden flakes surrounding the prawns are the essence and crux of this dish. One try of this and you will fall in love with it.
